This promotion (“Promo”) and raffle (“Raffle”) are organized by Fastvouch. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules. Where these Rules conflict with applicable law, the law shall govern.

1. Promo Period

The Promo runs during the following dates and times (New York time, EST):

• Promo Start: January 12, 2026 — 12:00 AM
• Promo End: February 10, 2026 — 12:00 AM

The raffle drawing will be held on:

• Raffle Date: February 11, 2026 — 1:00 PM
• Location: Live broadcast on the official event page at Raffle Page

2. Eligibility

• The Promo is open worldwide.
• Participants must be 18 years or older, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, at time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of the Organizers may be ineligible where prohibited by law.
• Void where restricted or prohibited by local laws, sanctions, or regulations.
• By entering, you represent and warrant you are legally permitted to participate and to receive a crypto prize in your jurisdiction.

3. How to Participate

• Purchase any Gift Card on Fastvouch.com during the Promo Period.
• Purchases must be paid exclusively with cryptocurrency to be eligible (supported coins as shown at checkout; network fees apply).
• Billing email used at purchase will be used for winner notification; ensure it is accurate.

4. Raffle Entries

• Entry Calculation: 1 Raffle Entry is awarded for every $100 of Gift Card face value purchased. The calculation is based on the card’s nominal value, regardless of any discounts or promo codes applied at checkout.
• Automatic Entry: Entries are automatically generated upon completing a qualifying purchase. No additional action, registration, or sign-up is required.
• Cumulative Entries: Multiple Gift Cards or higher-value cards result in multiple entries (e.g., a single $500 Gift Card = 5 entries; two separate $100 Gift Cards = 2 entries).
• Non-Transferable: Entries are tied to the original purchaser’s email address used at the time of order. Gifting, transferring, or reselling the Gift Card to a third party does not transfer the associated raffle entries.
• Disqualification: Any reversed, chargebacked, canceled, or refunded order immediately voids all associated entries (see Section 8).

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive 1 Bitcoin (BTC).
• Prize will be delivered to a valid BTC wallet address provided by the verified winner. Network and transaction fees may apply and are borne by the winner.
• No substitutes, exchanges, cash alternatives, or alternative payouts unless required by law. Organizers may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
• The drawing will be conducted live on February 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM on the official event page.
• Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Organizers’ decisions regarding the drawing and interpretation of these Rules are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

• The potential winner will be announced during the live stream and contacted via the email used at purchase within 48 hours.
• The potential winner must reply within 7 days of notification and may be required to complete identity/eligibility verification and provide a BTC wallet address for prize delivery.
• Failure to respond, failure to provide required information, ineligibility, or undeliverable notifications may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Entry Removal

• If a Gift Card purchase is refunded, canceled, or reversed for any reason, all associated raffle entries are automatically voided.
• Partial refunds void entries for all refunded Gift Cards within that order. If all Gift Cards in the order are refunded, all entries from that order are void.
• Suspected fraud, abuse, resale schemes, or chargebacks may result in disqualification at Organizers’ discretion.

9. Taxes, Compliance & Responsibilities

• The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, compliance requirements, or fees associated with accepting or receiving the prize in their jurisdiction.
• Organizers are not responsible for fluctuations in the value of Bitcoin before, during, or after prize delivery.
• The value of the prize for tax/reporting purposes will be determined at the time of transfer as reasonably assessed by the Organizers.

10. General Conditions

• Organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility and to request documentation to confirm identity and compliance with these Rules.
• Organizers may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo if fraud, technical issues, regulatory changes, or force majeure affect its integrity or feasibility. If terminated, a random drawing may be conducted from eligible entries received up to the action date, if feasible.
• Organizers are not responsible for purchase failures, blockchain/network delays, wallet errors, exchange downtime, incorrect addresses, or technical issues preventing participation or prize delivery.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Organizers.
