Online Redemption:

• Book at Amtrak.com or through the Amtrak app for iPhone or Android.
• At checkout, input the gift card number and PIN.

In-station Redemption:

• In-person: Print this page, bring it to an Amtrak station’s ticket counter during business hours, and present it at the time of payment. Note that not all Amtrak stations have staffed ticket counters.
• By phone: Call 1-800-USA-RAIL (800-872-7245) to book travel. Provide the agent with the gift card number and PIN during payment.

Sales Associate Redemption Instructions:

• Select the gift card as the payment method.
• Manually enter the 16-digit gift card number and PIN.
• If any balance remains on the gift card, return it to the cardholder along with a copy of their gift card receipt.

Note: The download link for the voucher is valid for 1 year, after which it expires. Once downloaded, gift cards do not expire.
