Redemption Online at southwest.com:

• After selecting all flights and entering Passenger information, proceed to input payment information.
• To use a Southwest® gift card as payment, click “Apply Travel Funds” under the “Do you want to apply travel funds?” section.
• Enter the gift card number and security code (PIN) in the designated fields and click “Apply Funds.”
• This will deduct the gift card amount from the total.
• If a balance remains, use another form of payment to cover the remaining amount.
